6-month Birthday!

Happy ½ Birthday to ME!!!!!  Can you believe its already been 6 months? You can’t, can you….I know. Its hard to believe.  But its true. Being 6 months old has been fun.  Grandma came to visit me, got to start eating solid food, learned how to crawl, got some new toys, watched some football, and best of all, I get to play with Luke more!

Happy 1/2 Birthday to MEEEEEEEE!!!!!!
Watched my FIRST Bama Football game.
Just kidding- I slept through it.
But look how good we all look in our bama gear
My month started out with an awesome visit from Grandma.  She came to see me and drop off tons of boxes that mom later took to Jr. League. Not sure what all that was about. Anyway, Grandma and I had a blast- we hung out, snuggled, and of course we went shopping- because that’s what we do when Grandma comes to visit!  We also got to celebrate Daddy's 31st birthday by going to to a fancy dinner- but don't you people worry- I behaved myself by throwing food and banging the silverware on the table.

Grandma loves me!!!!

So I’m pretty mobile now days. First, I figured out how to move around on my belly, then I started to use my arms and pulled my way to whatever I wanted, but now, I’m starting to figure out how to move my legs and arms together to crawl.  I’m going to give people a run for their money once I get a bit more coordinated!  My newest tick is to take Luke’s toys when he isn’t looking.

Can someone give me directions to Mimi's or Grandma & Papa's house…please. I'm desperate.
All this crawling around nonsense makes me tired- and makes mom thirsty for green drinks.
Luke has graduated from Primrose and now going to Mothers Day Out.  A more appropriate name for his new school would be George Gets Mom All Day School  - and its awesome.  The best part is that on Tuesday and Thursday, when Luke doesn’t have school, we get to play together!  I love watching Luke and he loves giving me kisses.  Sometimes he gives me hugs by lying on top of me- that part isn’t much fun - homeboy ain’t no lightweight.

After school we take baths together.
after baths, we jump on Daddy.

To celebrate my ½ birthday, mom too me AND Luke to the doctors for shots.  How sweet of mom to make Luke go through pain with me!  I’m 27.5 inches long and weight 18lbs even.  Luke weighs in at 32.4 lbs and 36.5 inches tall!  Eeeeekkkkk  Hes huge- but I’ll catch up to him soon! Mom is teaching me how to eat solids.  So far, I like sweet potatoes best.

Do you people see what I have to live with?  Look at him. Hooligan.

I'm  chaperoning Luke and Linlee's date.
That’s all I’ve got folks.  As you can tell, I keep myself busy with eating, sleeping, shopping, and snuggling.  I know, it’s a tough life- but someones gotta do it.

Love me,
GBaby

Luke gets all of Mimi's attention because my car seat is too heavy.
Just wait till I can walk…good thing Mimi has two hands!
