Hello World!!!
My name is George Leonelli Farris and I’m
brand spankin’ new! My big brother Luke has retired from blog posting and
passed the job onto me for the next year.
So far, the world has been pretty good to me- I eat, sleep, make dirty
diapers, and spit up- not as bad as I thought it would be! To start things off,
let me tell you about my birth day!

Mom got induced on the morning of March 5th (39
weeks 4 days). Everything went as
planned until her epidural stopped working.
It might have been my fault- just wanted to give mom a run for her
money! She cried, yelled, told daddy to
never touch her again, and before she knew it, I popped out. I know all the pain was worth it- look at me!
I arrived at 3:15pm, weighting 8 lbs, and 21 inches long! Yup, that makes me
bigger than my “big” brother at his birth- almost a full 2 inches taller!
My family and tons of visitors welcomed me into this crazy
world. My Aunt Ann and Cousin Sarah from
Tampa visited for a week then my Grandma Karen flew up to see me too! In
between all of that, I had a baby shower!! I had a blast being passed around
and cuddled with all day by the ladies!

Now days, you can find me chilllaxin’ at home, drinking milk
or sleeping. My best friend is my big
brother-he gives me the passy when it falls and kisses me when I cry. My other best friend is my daddy- he looks
just like me, but taller, and tells me all about Alabama football.

Daddy makes the perfect pillow |
Easter marked my 1-month birthday! We celebrated with a
neighborhood Easter egg hunt, church, and brunch with the family (which I just
slept through). The Easter bunny got me chocolate, books, and stuffed animals! I let mom eat all my chocolate :) This first month of life
has been quiet eventful!! Hope all of you had a wondering Easter too!
